We enjoyed a full day of speaker training with tips and tricks, individual video recordings and personal analysis. Excellent learning even for more experienced presenters! Flo does a wonderful job to engage the entire crew and tailor his approach to the needs of all participants individually without loosing the attention of the group as a whole. Appreciated the diligent preparation of Flo, who knew exactly what kind of company he was dealing with and who adopted the material for the exercises to our case. Chapeau!
