Many presentations, speeches, and talks take a lot more time than required. Why is that Flo? Because the presenter is not curating his content enough. What you want to do is: Focus on the big picture Evaluate which details are required Be a harsh editor and cut content that is not relevant Jerry Seinfeld says, “I will spend an hour taking an eight-word sentence and editing it down to five.” If Jerry uses an hour for one sentence, should you spend 30 minutes to trim down your content?
